Pineapple Shipping
Receive Maui Gold Pineapple delivered right to your door. Fresh picked from the farm and shipped that same day, via UPS or FedEx, it will arrive to you fresh and ready to eat. Remember, that pineapples don't ripen anymore once they are picked. Maui Gold Pineapples are hand harvested ripe, so they can be eaten right away.
Fresh pineapples are shipped all year long to the contiguous US, Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders are shipped Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Pineapples typically arrive two from the shipment date. Order cut off is one day prior to shipping day at noon (HST). For example, if you want your order to ship Monday, place your order by noon on Friday. To ship Tuesday, place your order by noon on Monday. To ship Wednesday, place your order by noon on Tuesday.
Please note, while we always strive to meet requested delivery dates, we cannot guarantee they will arrive on the date you request. (They don't let us fly the UPS or FedEx airplanes)
Due to the nature of agricultural products, shipping may not go out on the requested day due to fruit availability, weather, or other mitigating circumstances. If a package does not ship on the requested day, it will ship on next eligible shipping date.
Shipping notes:
- We cannot ship pineapple to PO Boxes.
- Retail items ship separately from pineapple.
- Due to weather and other circumstances the size of your fruit may vary. If our harvest comes in and the fruit is smaller than usual, we may add an additional pineapple to your shipment.
- Fully ripe pineapples vary from green to gold, depending on growing conditions. The shell coloring of a pineapple is not an indication of ripeness or shelf life.
- Our pineapples are hand-picked for ripeness the day they are shipped and will not continue to ripen after they are harvested.
Pineapple Subscription
Your initial order will ship on the next shipping date after your purchase. Your card on file will be charged on your renewal date and your order will ship the following shipping date. You can access your existing subscription here.
Retail Shipping
Retail ships separately from Pineapple. Please note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
